The report documents Module A of the 2025 Forum LEADER Giovani, the module Liminal led, in seven parts: a summary of the activity; its objective, context and partners, from the co-design between Liminal, GAL Elimos, Rete Nazionale PAC – Rete LEADER and GAL Castelli Romani e Monti Prenestini; the methodological approach, a Challenge adapted to a training context with two moments of feedback, the upload of points of interest to Google Maps and the public presentation of place-based communication strategies; the schedule, from the online sessions of 6–13 October to the fieldwork of 27 October in Buseto Palizzolo, Misiliscemi, Valderice and Vita and the final presentation of 30 October in Altavilla Milicia; the training and project outcomes, with 281 points of interest, 41 interviews, four SWOT analyses and 28 pieces of pilot content, and the itinerary of Vita’s votive shrines that won the Forum’s prize; the ex-post evaluation on an adapted Kirkpatrick model, where 27 of 38 participants answered with an overall satisfaction of 4.3 and a recommendation rate of 4.6 out of 5; and the lessons learned, among them that most of the theory can move online to free time for the field and that the format could evolve into a continuing-education path for young territorial planners around the LAG network.
