Field-tested procedures packaged for territorial transfer

A Protocol is the transferable yield of Liminal's applied research; a procedure proven in one territory and packaged so that it can be run autonomously. In practice it may be a workflow, a survey instrument, a piece of software or a sequence of steps another group can follow, in domains that already range from digitalization to agriculture and spatial planning. Each sits somewhere on a spectrum of maturity: the youngest still need their authors close, while the most mature are held by institutions and run on their own. Each one is an invitation to organizations or single practitioners incentivized to systematize the procedure locally. Every protocol adoption extends the experimental record of Territorial State Craft, carrying its methods beyond Liminal's own reach.
